Our key word flashcards are double sided with an illustration on one side and the word on the other. There are 30 cards with key words from phase 2 phonics sounds. Each word can be decoded which means your child can sound them out using their phonic knowledge of phase 2 sounds. The illustration helps the child to think of the word and spell it then they can flip the card over to check they spelt it correctly. These are usually used when children are 4-5 and in Reception year at school.
We have chosen to print them on Eco-Kraft card so that the print is easily visible and the children aren’t distracted by bright colours. This is particularly helpful for children with additional learning needs.

Eco-Friendly
We always try to make our products as Eco-friendly as possible. So our cards are printed on A6 Eco Kraft recycled card 270gsm. They also come with an organic cotton bag to store them in - there is no plastic in sight!
