We now have the option to purchase a single phonics tile from phase 2 or phase 3. This way you can build your collection and work up to a full set. You can just select the tiles you would like from the drop down menu.
Our hexagon phonics tiles are great for word building and for spelling. As your child learns a sound at school they can use their phonics tiles to reinforce that learning at home. We have designed our phonics tiles in a hexagon shape to introduce an additional learning aspect as your child can connect the tiles together in different patterns.
The opportunities for learning with our wooden phonics tiles are endless. The wooden grooves of each letter allow your child to trace the letter and become familiar with not only the letter name and sound but how to form the letter also. They can be filled with different sensory resources like play dough or seeds, used for crayon rubbings and can be free standing to create and build simple CVC words.
Our hexagon phonics tiles have just the lowercase letter and are single sided. Please note one tracing stick is included per order rather then per tile.
Our hexagon phonics tiles are made from solid beech wood and finished with a natural raw oil. The wooden tracing stick is made from beech dowel and is designed to be similar to that of a pencil to help your child develop their pencil grip.
Our products are all CE tested and UKCA tested.
Please note our products are wooden learning resources and they are not to be used as toys. Your child should always be supervised by an adult when using them.
Each tile is 10cm wide, 11.5cm tall and 2cm thick
